Man. Caffeine and where I work at presently are not good bed fellows. For one, it dehydrates. The second, it doesn't carry any nutritional value for replenishment during physical activity.

I'm just the opposite. I usually have to be at work at 3:30 in the morning, so most of the time, sleep during the day isn't an option. I take Ginsana to help out with the energy and it works for me. It's a better alternative to caffeine.

Oh yeah, the activity. *cringes at the muscle aches* I wanted a desk job for a while and when I actually got one, I hated it. I missed the activity and the feeling that I did something productive. I guess there are different types of people to do different types of jobs. I guess my purpose in life is to do the labor intensive jobs for the time being.
