Busy work....

My husband decided that he was going to spend his days off sleeping which left me with all the chores in the house. Yeah, it's no wonder I didn't snap. My roommate is being lazy too which is starting to piss me off. Must be nice to be able to go out of town to visit your boyfriend without job and get to go out to movies and such without having to work for any of it. GAH!! My husband busts his ass and this is the thanks we get for being nice! Oooh I'm not going to go there.  

On the upswing though, we're getting a car. Pete has a co-worker that's looking for someone to take over the payments for her Impala because the car is too big for her. She has 1 year left to pay on it. We already went with her to the dealership and the paperwork will be transferred the moment we give them the first payment. It's the best that we can get at this time. Everything works on this car and I'm so excited! It's a 2003 and it's the same color as my old Sable....beige. What is it with cars and beige? We end up with beige cars. Oh well....it's a car. ^___^ 

Oh and for the record, I'm not playing taxi.

Oh which reminds me, we got another RPer for my KKMcomm. Man is he wacky! He doesn't have a personal journal up, but he does have an external website. He's pretty interesting and very in character from what I have read and from what another player has mentioned. Oh and Pearl gave me an award for my creativity. ^___^ It's in my profile so go check it out when you get the chance. It's very pretty.

I'm just glad that it's only a temporary thing in my house since the heat is terrible. The average is around 102 here in Texas but man, my poor little AC can't seem to keep up.

Aww lucky you! LOL You don't have to worry about a lot of things there that we do here. Throughout the entire summer, we've only had it rain here twice. That's not a lot at all.

I just happen to be reading my friend's page which is something that I started to do recently just to check the goings on and abouts.

I heard that Impalas are very good cars. My father has one and it's in great shape. He travels a lot between Albany and Manchester to see his family which is nice. Do you happen to know the size? I think my father's is a 3.8. I don't really know for certain if there were other sizes but boy, it sure can boogie. Yeah! I love that car. He won't give it to me though because he thinks that I'm a little too wild behind the wheel.

Oh really? I have to keep a better eye out. Like you, I'm very busy. I do a lot of work for the theater and right now, things are slowing down. You see, I write because I love the art. I play my character and play him well. I've played Willy Wonka for going on 3 years now.

I've written a lot of stories too which have not been published on the internet and most likely, will never be seen on the internet. I share them with my friends and family and that's the extent of my publishing. I don't mean to get your hopes up, but what I put in Willy's journal is what you will get from my stories.

Oh to answer you questions about the car, he hasn't had any issues that I know of that were considered to be major. He did have a problem with it recently with its radiator but I think that's more from use and age than from a defect. I'm not a mechanic so telling you about the engine isn't my area of expertise. Sorry.
