I just got word!!!

 My banker got a hold of me today and he said that he can work with us!! I was so happy when he said that!! He said the he can get us the loan that we neede to buy it with no money down! I've already taken the information that he gave me and I told him that we are more than willing to work with hi, if he's willing to do the same for us. I was so surprised considering we have no credit to out name. I don't use credit cards, manily because I've been hacked once before and all of my information was used against me.

This was before Pay Pal and Hack Safe were around. Needless to say, I haven't used one since. Too many headaches. I told him that more than likely, since getting a hold of him by phone is very difficult, I will be doing business with him via email, which I think it's much easier considering that most of my time is spent either behind my own computer, or behind the one at the center.

I was so happy that I was dancing in my front yard!! My optimism has finally returned!!
